A beautiful place to hike and enjoy breathtaking  waterfalls, Lake Superior Shoreline, and 

the Gooseberry River gorge. There is also an abundance of wildlife.

Lutsen Mountains


Although it's Minnesota's largest ski resort, they have many things for visitors all year long. Take a lovely gondola ride, take a sled ride or hike the Summit Spur Trail thru Superior National Forest and over Poplar River. Thee is also Papa Charlie's Tavern & Grill.

Pincushion Mount Trail System


The perfect place to hike, bike, and picnic. The trail is 9 miles and sports amazing views of Lake Superior and Grand Marais Harbor. It's considered a moderate hike and leashed dogs are allowed.
